In a name familiar in the world of ceramists, Gek Lin has came up with a new series of works.

Her next chapter of works is about her current experimental approaching using ash slips on greenware.

These pieces are also expressed in a small measure of her amazement of the strength in beauty of the element 'Wind' and its characteristics, such as its ability in manipulating the direction of rain, the swaying of trees, swirling and rustling of leaves and the delicate manner in how curtains sway at the touch of it.

Through the textures and patterns in her latest series, it translates 'strength in beauty' in all its potential.
